Owner’s Representation
As owner’s representative, Goldmark Design & Development will serve as an extension of the owner’s staff. We will provide guidance at all stages of the project, protecting the owner’s interests at all times. GDD provides owners with the value-added resources they will need to make their project a success. For an owner whose team may not have the required depth of staffing to look after each component of a project, GDD will serve as an extension of their staff.
As the projects ‘eyes and ears’, GDD will provide representation, both on-site and at design meetings, to make sure that all the owners thoughts and wishes are examined and thoroughly vetted. We will work as your advocate to enable you to focus on your core business without distraction.
